Introduction
Long, voluminous skirts have my full attention this year, and I don’t see that changing as the seasons change. You seriously can’t go wrong with a tailored, yet breezy silhouette. For fall, I’m eyeing pleated options in versatile colors, paired with crisp button-ups or a graphic tee and pullover, for a certain collegiate coolness.
