Shipping and Delivery
Once an order is placed, you will receive email notifications confirming payment acceptance, order placement, and shipping notification. The delivery of any item depends on the boutique’s specified timing and the country the item is being delivered to.
Once an item is received by Black Diamond from the boutique, it is estimated to take as follows to deliver:
UAE: 2-3 days
International and GCC countries: 5-7 days
Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Delivery charges will vary based on location and number of Boutiques a shopper orders from – the charges can be viewed at check out.
Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed late on Friday will not be processed until Saturday.
